Pawan Kalyan flats for sale Power star Pawan Kalyan have opted for an out-of-court divorce settlement in 2012 with his second wife Renu Dasai and he is said to have agreed to pay Rs 40 crore to the former actress, who is now staying with her parents in Pune. The huge amount has turned into a headache for Pawan Kalayan in arranging that much amount.

Sources say the pending settlement amount is about Rs 12 crore, thus decided to sell his two properties to pay. Two luxurious flats ina Madhapur area , One flat near image gardens and another flat Charak school are on sale .

Earlier, Pawan Kalyan had married Renu Desai in an Arya Samaj wedding ceremony at his residence on January 28, 2009. It was Renu Desai had insisted on divorce and parting their ways and had asked Rs 40 crore for the settlement.

Producer Says 'No' To Pawan Kalyan The range at which Pawan Kalyan’s stardom and mania is going, any director, actor or producer would consider it a blessing to associate with him. But lately, the name of the power star is being used lavishly without a second thought. And one producer seems to have decided that he is not going to use Pawan Kalyan like that.

Young hero Nitin happens to be hardcore fan of Powerstar Pawan Kalyan. Recently Niting stated that he is not having qualms saying that he is Pawan's fan again and again. Also the youngster added that Pawan has cured his fever during the shoot of Toliprema remix song. 'I'm down with high fever when we are shooting for that song. But I managed to get up and dance only because of Pawan. In my heart I prayed to him to give me strength and yes miracles happened', said Nitin in a interview. Ali said, Producer Achi Reddy & Director Krishna Reddy’s first choice for Ali’s Yamaleela ‘ was Mahesh Babu before Ali was roped as hero in the film.
