'TDP cadres have made a lesser known face sit in assembly for the only reason that party high-command has given ticket to him', the mass-action hero added, further intensifying his attack on Nani.

While everyone thought that he will do 'Ruler' under Boyapati Seenu's direction, reports are now heard that the project is getting delayed. Few film nagar birds chirped that Balayya will be starting a new project in the direction of a debutant. Whatever it is, only a confirmation from the star hero will satisfy his millions of fans.

Some sources in Nandamuri camp revealed that big-wigs who patronize this popular family are exerting pressure on Balayya to come up with a word for his fans. Babai vs Abbai- who is right?

The first pair that comes to mind when we think of ‘Babai-Abbai’ is the duo of Nandamuri Balakrishna and Junior NTR. Over many years, Junior has taken the name of his Babai wherever possible and showed his regard. But today, the situation is looking different and rather disturbing.

strong news is making rounds in media circles about a rift between Balakrishna and Junior NTR. Though Balaiah has made it clear that it is only media creation and nothing more, no statement coming from Junior seems to have cast doubts.

Few circles close to both are also indicating of some difference of opinion. If this issue is true then the next point is, who among the two is right? There is also a political angle to the whole issue but at this point it is very important for both Balaiah and Junior NTR to stick together. If there is a split between the ‘Babai-Abbai’ then the consequences for this will be very high.

Balayya Sidelined Boyapati Project?

Ever since director Boyapati Seenu delivered super flop 'Dammu' with Jr NTR, misfortunes are haunting him in Tollywood. Here is another punch on his face if the reports we hear are true.

Superstar Mahesh and Megapowerstar Charan have rejected the scripts of Boyapati before Balayya gave him a sigh of relief. This powerful 'Simha' combination is heard coming up with another movie titled 'Ruler' very soon. But film nagar reports are indicating that our Nandamuri hero has kept this project on the backburner. He felt like the story-line is not powerful enough to change his fortunes in politics of Andhra Pradesh. Boyapati Seenu is right now working on the script once again to suit Balayya's taste and requirements.

Also there is a talk that Balakrishna will commit a movie under the direction of a new comer. Let us wait for some official news.

Balayya grabs Ram Charan's project

Few months back, it was reported that Ram Charan is in talks with Boyapati Seenu for powerful action entertainer Ruler. Due to the reasons best known to the duo, the project has been scrapped forcing the director to look for another star to play the lead.

The latest buzz is about Balakrishna's inclusion into the project. Boyapati narrated the storyline to the Nandamuri hero recently after making few corrections to suit his image by making it a political backdrop film and the actor gave his nod immediately.

While Balayya would be directing his next flick (99th), Boyapati's film (100th) would go to floors in the second half of 2013. Plans were on to release Ruler just before the 2014 General Elections to give a big boost to the morale of fans and party workers.

The combination of Balakrishna and Boyapati rocked the Box Office with Simha which is one of the biggest hits in the Industry. Hope they repeats the magic!

Balayya Inviting Hollywood For A Fight

The publicity that is taking place regarding Balayya's upcoming movie looks like throwing stones at a honey bee nest. In this case the nest is a big Hollywood production house.

Industry is abuzz that Nandamuri hero Balayya is secretly working on the script of his long stalled project 'Nartanasala'. While the original subject of this flick happens to be a small story from epic Mahabharatam, there is a rumour that Balayya is making a new story now. Most popular 2D animation movie 'The Lion King' seems to be the inspiration for Balayya and he is just adapting the story from animals to humans. The original story is about Simba, a lion cub who is next in line to be king of the Pride Lands in Africa after his father Mufasa. Years later, a grown-up Simba returns to the Pride Lands to avenge his father’s death and rightfully take his place as king by dethroning his evil uncle. Balakrishna plays the role of a king with Nayantara as his queen and his son Mokshagna might play young King role.

Few members from the Nandamuri camp have revealed that Balayya has gone through a lot of introspection after the debacle of ‘Adhinayakudu’ and he has taken a U-turn in his decision. Sources say Balayya has decided to go in for contemporary script writers and choose subjects which can show a strong mass appeal in him.

He is reportedly looking at characters which are larger than life because his image as a lecturer or a journalist is not really working out. Also, there is news that Balayya would be getting into a fitness regime to cut down all the flab and look more young and fresh. Best of luck for this Balayya!

Why No Rumours About Balayya?

When there is a lot of buzz around a star hero and that hero fails to live up to expectations by not even staying in news, what happens? Ask Nandamuri fans if you have the same doubt!

Even though a star hero, one requires constantly to stay in news to enthral their fans. And, that too for a hero like Balayya who carries a family legacy, they are very important. Either from political side or movie side, there is no news from this hero's camp. Balayya has announced earlier that he will take 3 months rest before picking his next flick. But, fans are unhappy with no news or at least a rumour not coming out about Balayya's next movies. When there is a huge buzz about all other heroes and movies, why there is no news about Balayya, mailed a hardcore fan.

Critics say that if there is any discussion going on about any new film, then rumours or news will spread. So, the ball is in Balayya's court now!

Balayya takes voluntary retirement ?

Nandamuri Balakrishna who was quite active and energetic over the past two to three years has slowed down a lot. This is in terms of his signing films. He was last seen in ‘Srimannarayana’ which became another disaster in his career. After that, he didn’t touch any new project and is sitting quiet as no director approaching him to sign projects.

But it is heard that one senior retired director is really getting patience tested because of Balayya. He is Singeetam Srinivasa Rao. Inside sources say Singeetam wanted to commence the shooting of his film ‘Aditya 999' which is the remake of his big hit ‘Aditya 369'. Even the original had Balayya in the lead.

But the problem is, Balayya is reportedly postponing the aspect of shooting and this is getting onto the nerves of the old director. What is going on in Balayya’s head no one knows but one information from Nandamuri circles is he is going to change track and do films which benefit his political future and some other say he unofficially announced his voluntary retirement.

Young Lion stil have time !

Nandamuri Balakrishna has been facing tough times with continuous flops. His last release ‘Srimannarayana’ also ended as a disaster. More than Balayya, his fans are unhappy with this. They waited till long time for a big hit, which wasn’t happened yet. Now, Balakrishna decided to foray into politics in 2014 and may not do more than 2-3 movies. As per a source, Balayya is also irked with latest happenings and is not showing interest towards signing of new projects.

Long back, Balakrishna promised to introduce his son Mokshagna into films after completion of studies (may be in 2014). Nandamuri fans recently registered a fans association for their next generation Nandamuri hero and also named him as ‘Young Lion’. Both Balayya’s political entry and Mokshagna’s cinema entry would be in the same year. It is a big question whether Balayya fans can wait till 2014 or not?

Balakrishna is director’s actor

Director Ravi Chawli, who made Srimannarayana with leading Tollywod star Balakrishna, claims that the seasoned actor is a director’s actor and quite like a student. “He is obedient on the sets and gives complete freedom to director. Once he approves the scripts, he doesn’t even suggest corrections later on. It’s such a delight to work with such a dedicated actor,” says the director, who is planning another big film with another top hero. “I’ll let you know soon, as I’m still enjoying the success of Srimannarayana,” he add

Balakrishna finally finds his fault!

Balakrishna's flop spree hasn't ended yet. Srimannarayana joined that list of Balakrishna. To be precise, Balakrishna had just one hit to his credit in the last eight years. He has been repeating the same mistakes by choosing weak subjects that doesn't appeal to any section of the audiences.

However, the main reason for Balakrishna's failures is his choice of directors. Except for Boyapati Srinu all the directors that made movies with Balakrishna in the recent past were either veterans who doesn't know the current trend or directors who have been struggling to find a hit. What are the main things that Balakrishna considers before signing up a film or director are unknown.

Whatever they may be Balakrishna has been making bad decisions one after the other and he has driven himself into a position where only a blockbuster could bail him out. Balakrishna has taken a break after Srimannarayana and we hope that he chooses a good story and capable director this time. Come on Balayya, your fans have been dying to see you bounce back.

Manchu family making bakra of Nandamuri heroes

Nandamuri family and Manchu family have been maintaining good and healthy relationship from long time. Legendary actor Senior NTR and Mohan Babu had acted in several films and the collection king was the active leader in TDP, during the party in ruling. Mohan Babu then has a good relationship with Balakrishna also. Taking this as advantage Munchu family making bakra of Nadamuri family.

Nandamuri heroes are very innocent ,if some one praise them they will do any thing for them, Taking this as advantage Manchu family who are in financial losses to sell their next movie, making distributors also fools by mentioning Nandamuri names attached to them so that their movie gets a good business. Recently, they roped Balayya Babu who played important role in Manchu Manoj’s socio fantasy Uu Kodathara Ulikki Padathara which was a utter flop off- course.

Now, if sources are to be believed Mohan Babu is planning a multi-starrer with his elder son Manchu Vishnu and Young Tiger Junior NTR playing lead roles. We know that, both NTR and Vishnu are good friends and there is a buzz that, NTR is playing a cameo role in his friend’s latest film ‘Denikaina Ready’. Mohan Babu is planning the movie with high budget and he is trying everything to make their sons top stars.

Balayya finds the opponent of Kodali Nani

Upon the assurance from Nandamuri Balakrishna, former MLA Raavi Venkaswara Rao who quit TDP before before 2009 General elections is all to join the party in the presence of Chandrababu Naidu on Monday.

Raavi won as an MLA from Gudiwada constituency. Even his father Shobhanaadri was elected as legislator twice from the same constituency. So, Raavi's family have a strong foothold in Gudiwada. Upset with Chandrababu's decision to gave the party ticket for the second consecutive time to Kodali Nani in 2009 polls due to pressure mounted by Jr NTR, Raavi resigned from TDP and joined Praja Rajyam Party floated by Chiranjeevi.

Kodali Nani's exit from TDP has opened doors for Raavi. Balayya's word assuring the Gudiwada party ticket in 2014 polls if comes back to the parent party has done wonders. TDP leaders were appreciating the initiative taken by Balakrishna in bringing back a strong leader like Raavi to the party.

Raavi's entry will boost the morale of TDP workers in Gudiwada. With Raavi in field and Balayya taking Gudiwada constituency as a prestige issue, the victory in 2014 will not be a cake walk for Kodali Nani.

Srimannarayana’s cheap publicity stunt

Nandamuri Balakrishna’s Srimannarayana protest at Arjun 70 MM is a publicity stunt say film pundits.

Srimannarayan got a average talk and the collections very not at all encouraging despite of series of press meets and interviews. In order to gain public attention which was over shaowded by Nagarjuna’s Shirdi Sai release , the makers came on to roads in form of protest looked cheap which never happened in recent times. For just one theatre they created a mess as if they run into loss in crores. Their demand is also not a valid one and film chamber were helpless.

Makers already knew the fact of theater agreement and agreements cannot be violated. But, will this publicty stunt help the movie collection is still unanswered .Lets see if it really works.

Balakrishna’s 100th movie with young director

Nandamuri Balakrishna’s prestigious 100th movie director was the hot discussion going on in filmnagar all these days , With all the leading director like Rajamouli, VV.Vinayak ,Raghavendra Rao ..etc taking back step to direct his 100th film, A void was created among Nandamuri fans about his film .

To end this suspense Natasimha Balakrishna okayed a story under the direction of legendary director Raghavendra Rao’s son Surya Prakash.Surya Prakash is a well-known face to the tollyood with his movies Netho and Morning Raga. He also directed the movie Anaganaga Oka Dheerudu, starring Sidhardha, Sruti Hasan and Manchu Lakshmi.

Since the movie will be Balakrishna’s 100th movie, his fans have developed high expectations on the movie. Let us see how this son of a legandary director carries out his father and his grandfather, the great director K.S.Prakash Rao’s legacy.

Balakrishna singing talent

In the success meet of Srimannarayana Balakrishna exhibited one of his rare talent and surprised every one with his unique talent

Balakrishna as an actor who can deliver mass masala dialogues in the recent success meet of Srimannarayana ,Balakrishna surprised everyone with his singing performance. Balakrishna sang the song ‘Chalaki Chupulathone’ which was quite unexpectedly by all. All Audience cheers and claps towards Balakrishna song. Balakrishna appreciated director Ravi Chavali for bringing out the story like this to me said Balakrishna.

Fans are eagerly waiting to see Balakrishna singing a play back song in his next movie , Let hope he tries it and entertain in loving fans.

Huge losses to Srimannarayana at overseas

Balakrishna’s ‘Srimannarayana’ released few days ago, the movie opened with good decent collections but later collections fell to very low from monday. At Domestic BO the movie collection were less than 30% on average in week days. At overseas it has collected just $16k+ means around Rs.9 lakhs for is first weekend and the business is almost closed . Srimannarayana declared as disaster at USA with huge losses for distributors Hari Venkateswara Pictures which took ‘Srimannarayana’ overseas rights for 25lakhs .

Isha Chawla and Parvathi Melton played lead heroines and both oozed more glamour. Isha even kissed Balayya in a song and the actress was appreciated by many. The film’s subject is not new and the director failed to provide full entertainment. Srimannarayana couldn’t even satisfy Balayya fans fully. Chakri’s music and Balakrishna’s performance are the major assets. The film is in the lines of director Ravi Chavali’s debut film ‘Samanyudu’ and this we reported earlier in pre-release report.

Balakrishna is always unique

Balakrishna is not like other stars , He has read the statutory warning on screen about smoking being injurious to health, drawing loud cheers from the fans thronging the theatres for his latest film Srimannarayana. Although, it has become mandatory for producers to show this warning, it is usually done by dubbing artistes. However, Balakrishna insisted on reading out the two-line message prior to the beginning of the film , this shows his commitment . “Other stars may also follow suit and encourage their respective fans to quit smoking,”.

On the flip side, the same Balakrishna said that “poga tagani vadu dunnapotai puttun” ”Those who don’t smoke will take rebirth as male buffalo” in Krishna Reddy’s Top Hero movie.

Reason for Balayya Choosing That Girl

Natasimha Nandamuri Balakrishna’s recent release ‘Srimannarayana’ has been doing decent business at BO. Beautiful actress Isha Chawla played lead heroine and she got good role to perform. Some said that, Isha is the lucky girl to get the star hero film in career starting stages, though the actress proved that she is worth for the role with her superb performance. Now, everybody has been appreciating the actress.

Isha oozed more glamour for the film and Balakrishna who impressed with her giving the actress another chance. If the latest grapevine is to be believed Isha Chawla has been confirmed as lead heroine in Balakrishna’s next project ‘Aditya 999’, to be directed by Singeetham Srinivasa Rao. It is heard that, Balayya is who suggested Isha name for the makers. The film is expected to go on floors soon. Meanwhile, Isha is becoming busy actress signing good projects. Great Going Isha!

Balakrishna’s next movie !

Nandamuri Balakrishna’s Srimannarayana released few days ago has got decent response all over. Balayya will next star in socio fantasy film Aditya 999 to be directed by Singeetham Srinivasa Rao. Few days ago, we reported that Balakrishna signed a new project with flop director Teja. Now, the latest is this one titled as ‘Raithu’ will go on floors only after Balayya completing Aditya 999. In the mean time, Teja will complete his new film with Sairam Shankar.

Balakrishna few days ago announced that, he will be entering into politics at any time. As per a source, Balayya will contest for legislative assembly elections in 2014. So, he wants to quit films after doing his 100th project and announcing Mokshagna as his Nata Varasudu. In this context, Teja has readied a political subject for Balakrishna. The film is about a leader who fights for poor farmers and sacrifices his personal life for them. Balayya might target 2014 elections with his Raithu film.

Balakrishna Is Not Mahesh Babu

Nandamuri Balakrishna and Mahesh Babu have one thing in common. Both have been the top heroes of their own time. But there is also a difference. Balayya belongs to a different time and age than Mahesh. So, it can never be possible that Balayya can become like Mahesh Babu or vice-versa.

But that’s where things went wrong. Apparently, this is the criticism coming after watching the recent release ‘Srimannarayana’. The focus was on the costumes for Balayya and the kind of dresses he wore in the songs was absurd. Usually Mahesh wears such things and he carries them off in style.

On the contrary, how can Balayya who has passed his prime and has a personality which is rather wide compared to Mahesh fit into it? Of course, it is not Balayya’s fault. It is the fault of the director and the costume designer who suggested such outfits. Anyways, let us hope Balayya doesn’t repeat such mistakes in his future flicks.

Hari Krishna argue with Balakrishna on phone !

In the case of cinema field, Nandamuri family is united but politically they are divided. As per the latest reliable information, nothing is going well between Nandamuri brothers Balakrishna and Harikrishna. The major reason for their tiff is Junior NTR. Reports say that Harikrishna is not happy with his brother Balakrishna as he is not supporting his son NTR. After Nara Chandra Babu Naidu’s son Lokesh marrying Balayya’s daughter Brahmani, perhaps Balakrishna is keeping away from NTR following his brother-in-law’s instructions. Balakrishna did not accept a multi starrer project with Jr. NTR but agreed for Kshatreeyulu with Nara Rohit and UKUP with Manchu family.
Harikrishna irked with his brother’s behavior asked him to change the mind set towards Jr. NTR and argued with him seriously over phone. Harikrishna has earlier tried to convince Balakrishna on the united strength of Nandamuri family but at this stage Balakrishna is completely surrendered to Naidu. From then on, both these Nandamuri brothers are not talking to each other.

Srimannarayana dialogues !

Balaiah’s movie Srimannarayana is getting reday for release this month. This film has completed its shooting in just 84 days. Yesterday this film has grandly made triple platinum disk function in Hyderabad. The trailer which was released in YouTube is entertaining Nandamuri fans. Usually, the dialogues dosage of Nandamuri heroes movies will be very high which will be liked by their fans a lot and Srimannarayana is not an exception for that.

These are some of the dialogues in Srimannarayana for Balakrishna’s fans.

1) Cheppadam lo confusion vundadu… Kottadam lo compromise vundadu

2) Nuvvu transformer Ni touch chesav…. K*****a Masayipothaav…

3) Kadapa seven road centre okay Na… Ananthapur sapthagiri circle, Kurnool Konda Reddy buruju…Vijayawada Benz circle… Karimnagar Kashmir Katta… Leda dhoolpet… Teri sher ka adda

Srimannarayana will be another Gabbar Singh!

Balakrishna's Srimannarayana is all set to hit the marquee on this Thursday and the buzz is slowly starting to pick. Nandamuri fans are betting big on this film. They are planning to screen huge number of benefit shows on the release day as they have a gut feeling that it would work. Yellow Flowers banner has a decent track record, which makes them to believe that Srimannarayana would have decent content.

The biggest factor that is going to work in favor of Srimannarayana is it is the only film that is targeted at masses in the last three months. After Gabbar Singh none of the movies really enthralled the masses with powerful dialogues and masala elements. Eega and Julayi have been successful, but they are not lapped up by the masses like Gabbar Singh.

Gabbar Singh was a unanimous hit in all the areas. Masses and classes liked it equally. Srimannarayana targets the same audiences. Even if it falls short in the class areas and cities, it can surely entertain masses and in that case it could become another Racha if not Gabbar Singh. Saying so, Srimannarayana should be backed up by decent content to get fully benefited by the timing of release. Hope Ravi Chavali packed it with enough to pull the masses to the theaters.

Major loss Srimannarayana before release

Today, the censor board has taken a shocking decision. According to it, the ‘A’ certified movies will not be re-certified for screening in TV channels. This declaration is made by Board in accordance with provisions of the 1952 Cinematography Act. Entire Industry and film lovers are shocked with the decision. With this new decision of Censor Board, film makers who received Adult certificate from board will be loosing plenty of money in the form of satellite rights.

We know that, Balakrishna’s upcoming movie Srimannarayana got an A certificate very recently. So, with this new decision of Censor, the makers of Srimannaraya are shivering as they will loose money of satellite rights as they did not sell off. They even might go for re-censoring but this would be a sucidal for makers as most of the story building part might get deleted with censor cuts and also movie release date is just 3days from now, it wont be possible for them at this time. Either they need to postpone the release for re censoring or lose satellite rights .We need to wait and see, how industry responds on this issue. Not only Srimannaraya, in the recent times many star hero films received A certificate.

Tiger Balakrishna roars!

Nata Simham Balakrishna is going to turn Tiger soon! As per the buzz, Balakrishna is interested in remaking Ek Tha Tiger, the latest blockbuster of Salman Khan. Balakrishna has been hearing many stories of late as he wanted to make his hundredth film a memorable one at the box office. He is desperately looking for a blockbuster and hence is not being satisfied with half baked scripts.

Balakrishna wants something solid to prove his stamina again. He wanted that film to be a sensation as he is planning to enter politics right after completing a century of films. There has been talk in Telugu media that Ek Tha Tiger looks like a formulaic Balakrishna's film. There are many scenes that our audiences feel that Balakrishna is the right fit for this role.

With subtle changes to the script by adding extra mass masala elements, ETT will be apt for Balakrishna they say. Even Balakrishna heard of this and is showing interest in remaking it. Let's wait for some more time to find if there is any fact in this rumor. Meanwhile please leave a comment if ETT is powerful enough to be Balakrishna's landmark film or not.

Balayya eyes on Lucky Girl

Natasimha Nandamuri Balakrishna is presently waiting for the release of ‘Srimannarayana’ which is slated to release in the last week of August. Ravi Chawali is directing the film while Ramesh Puppala is producing it. Isha Chawla and Parvathi Melton are female leads in the film. This is the third film for Isha and her earlier films Prema Kavali and Poola Rangadu are good hits at BO.

Now, it is heard that, Balakrishna who impressed with this lucky girl’s performance decided to romance her for the second time for next film. We know that, Balakrishna will next star in Singeetham Srinivasa Rao’s socio fantasy ‘Aditya 999’, remake of super hit Aditya 369. This film will go on floors from September. Meanwhile, Isha Chawla is presently doing- Radha Krishnudu and a Kannada film ‘Viraat’. If Srimannarayana scores hit, Isha will join the top league

Mokshagna debut delayed for 3 years !!

Sad news for Nandamuri fans, After strategically introducing his son Mokshagna at the audio launch of Srimanarayana, actor Balakrishna has said that his son would definitely make his acting debut in the next three or four years. “He is showing some interest in acting and we could introduce him in three or four years’ time since he is just 15-years-old now,” said Balakrishna at a press briefing.

After Chiranjeevi and Nagarjuna’s sons, it looks like Balakrishna’s son is next in line to enter Tollywood. Nandamuri fans were eagerly waiting for the day of Mokshagna’s launch . However, his entry could negatively impact his cousin Jr NTR since he might pull away a big chunk of the young Nandamuri’s fans.

Mohan Babu & Suresh Babu cheated UKUP Ceeded distributor

Narasimham is a hardcore Balakrishna fan from YSR Kadapa district who does Milk and Cattle business. He wanted to venture in to movie distribution. He expected to enter through Balakrishna and Manchu Manoj’s Uu Kodathara Ulikki Padathara. When he approached Manchu family, they have quoted 2.5C for the Ceeded region rights which is very high by any means. Then comes the news, the movie was screened to distributors in Chennai and the movie is a super duper hit. Narasimham was tempted and bought the movie. After the payment of 2.3C was made, Mohan Babu had urged for extra 20 Lakh payment and got it from Narasimham blackmailing him about not giving the movie prints. All this after cashing the 2.3C cheque.

After this, the positive talk about the movie spread like a wildfire. Then comes senior most distributor Suresh Babu in to the picture. He pacified the new distributor lending his experience in movie distribution. He released the movie in Ceeded through Suresh movies. If the movie went on to become a hit as expected, Narasimham would have been kicked out of the picture. But things turned topsy turvy, the movie registered outright disastrous talk. After the first week of the release, Collection copy was sent to Narasimham meaning he will have to bear the loss of the venture.

‘Balayya’s 6 on 1 fight !!

Nandamuri Balakrishna’s Srimannarayana is all set to release worldwide in the last week of August. The movie is currently in post production phase. We have got an interesting update regarding the movie. Balakrishna is a journalist in the movie in which he fights different problems encountered by the society. In the process, he gets in to tangle with six villains Suresh, Vinod Kumar, Kota Srinivasa Rao, Jaya Prakash Reddy, Nagineedu and Supreeth. The director had reportedly shot a superb fight between Balayya and these 6 baddies which according to him is the major highlight of the film.

‘Sri’ sentiment for Balakrishna to score a biggest hit

Nandamuri Balakrishna’s Srimannarayana will be releasing in the last week of August. The word ’Sri ‘means Lakshmi sentiment in his movie titles should be working fine as all the four movies in his career starting with ‘Sri’ scored hits. His earlier films like Sri Madvirata Parvam, Sri Tirupati Venkateswara Kalyanam (as child artist) and latest film Sri Rama Rajyam were hits This film, which has its music launch recently, is now gearing to hit the screens this month, although no date has been finalized according to the production house.

Producer Ramesh Puppala said that his second production (first being Ravi Teja-starrer Mirayapakaya) has come out very well and exudes confidence that the film will be one of the biggest grosser in Balayya’s career. The music of the movie has received good response and the makers are now planning to release Srimannarayana in the last week of August worldwide.

Srimannarayana has Isha Chawla and Parvathi Melton as the female leads and is directed by Ravi Chavali. Chakri has composed the music.

Balayya movie postpone to avoid clash with Sudden star?

Natasimha Nandamuri Balakrishna’s last release ‘Uu Kodathara Ulikki Padathara’ collections have been decreasing gradually. Now, Bayya Babu is coming up with his upcoming film ‘Srimannarayana’, which is expected to release on August 24th. The movie will have to face tough competition from Sudden Star Allari Naresh’s ‘Sudigadu’, which is also releasing on same day with ‘Srimnnarayana’. Now, as per the latest reports, the makers of Srimannarayana are planning to postpone their movie to next month to avoid the clash with this sensation movie.
Sudigadu trailer which released few days ago got immense response. The film is a remake of Tamil super hit movie ‘Thamizh Padam’, which collected Rs. 45 crores. The Tamil version released as a small film but did the business like a star hero film. According to the inner sources, Srimannarayana would release in first week of September. Ravi Chavali is directing the film and Ramesh Puppala is producing it. Parvathi Melton and Isha Chawla are female leads in the film. Chakri scored the music and the audio got decent response.

Balayya's 100th vs Chiru's 150th

Tollywood has always been proud of the Big 4. They are considered to be the pillars of stardom in Telugu. They are megastar Chiranjeevi, Nandamuri Balakrishna, Nagarjuna and victory Venkatesh. While Nag and Venky are still going strong as young heroes, Balayya is slowly graduating to more matured roles.

Now, the big discussion happening among the cine and trade circles is which will be a bigger hit - Balakrishna's 100th film or Chiranjeevi's 150th film. The talk is strong that Chiru will surely return to films to complete the milestone project while Balayya has already completed 96 films.

As expected, both the projects are prestigious and a lot of efforts and preparation will go behind this. But then, will today's audience receive these senior heroes like before? Can Balayya and Chiru deliver that same impact like they used to in their glory days? Or will both score big blockbusters? Let us wait and see..

Balakrishna to hit 100 with him

Who is going to direct Balakrishna's 100th film? Balayya fans are waiting eagerly to know the answer for this question. After Rajamouli publicly stating that he won't direct Balakrishna's hundredth film, focus shifted to Vinayak, who earlier made Chenna Kesava Reddy with the super star. Vinayak has prior commitments and he may not be available to do the honors.

Right now only option that looks better than any other is Boyapati Srinu, the man who made Simha with Balakrishna. Boyapati hasn't yet committed to do any film after the debacle of Dammu. There are proposals from Mahesh and Charan, but both of them are busy with other projects. So Boyapati is still waiting to sign up his next.

Mokshagna to follow Mahesh and Charan.

All eyes are on Balakrishna's son Mokshagna, who looks dashing and capable enough to take their dynasty's legacy ahead. Mokshagna is in mid teens and he might make his debut anytime in the next three years. Sources say that he is being trained for the task. So who will be the lucky man to launch Mokshagna?

Industry buzz reads that Mokshagna might make his debut under Vyjayanthi Movies. Producer Aswini Dutt has a golden touch in launching star kids. Mahesh and Charan made debut in Vyjayanthi banner and went on to become superstars. Aswini Dutt also has his share in NTR and Bunny's first success.

Aswini Dutt has already approached Balakrishna with a proposal to launch Mokshagna in a grand way. Balakrishna, who believes in such sentiments, is more than convinced to launch his son under Vyjayanthi Movies it seems. If Aswini Dutt gets the chance to launch Mokshagna then who will be the director? Nandamuri Mokshagna has certainly become the interesting topic in tinsel town now.

Balayya to the rescue of Director Teja.

Firebrand director Teja is very popular for introducing new talent including actors, actresses and technicians in his movies. He is known to take fresh faces for most of his movies which are usually low budget. He tasted success initially for movies like Nuvvu Nenu and Jayam on his banner Chitram movies. Occasionally he works with established stars like Mahesh Babu in Nijam and Jagapathi Babu in Family Circus.

After tasting several flops working with new faces in movies like Keka, Teja seems to have reworked his strategy and was looking to work with established stars to get success. Incidentally, he impressed none other than Top League star Balayya with his story. He narrated the story of Rythu to Balayya who liked it very much. If Balayya agrees to the film, Teja will be back in the big league and will get the much awaited attention in Tollywood.

Srimannarayana Audio Function Highlights !!

Balakrishna, his son Mokshagna too attended the event. This is the first time both of them sat together for hours.

Star hero Sunil, director Boyapati Seenu, B.Gopal, Gopichand Malineni and Harish Shankar are also present.

Music director Chakri, lyricist Chandrabose and veteran actor Kota are the next big attentions on the dais along with heroines Isha Chawla, Madhavi Latha and Catherin Tresa. Noted producer Atchi Reddy, Ambica Krishna, Raja Ravindra are also present.

Producer Ramesh Puppala thanked Balayya for giving him the opportunity to produce this film. He expressed complete confidence on director Ravi Chawali’s work and applauded Chakri’s music before expressing his wish that the film will become a big hit of 2012.

Star hero Sunil stood as special attraction with his loyal words for Balayya. ‘He has not just inherited property and acting from NTR, but also his mission and vision’, says the comedy-hero highlighting Balayya’s Cancer Foundation work.

Ambica Krishna stated that he likes to call Balayya as Balakrishna only, as he is both ‘Baaludu’ and ‘Krishnudu’. His talk spread few laughs in the auditorium.

While veteran actor Kota Sirnivas Rao too praised Balayya for his honest character, he joked on Chakri about his obesity. ‘Chakri is so fatty outside and even is his heart, a wide and warm one. I like him personally’, he said.

Lyricst Chandrabose stole everyone’s heart with his emotional one liner. ‘When thousands of fans are waiving at Balayya, he is in turn waiving his hand at me. That’s the respect he gives for poets and lyricists’, feels Chandrabose.

‘Acting in a single scene beside Balayya is enough. But getting a whole movie is a matter of pride’, says heroine Isha Chawla, adding that she got tears rolled out of eyes after looking at the supportiveness of Balakrishna.

Music director Chakri congratulated everyone for giving him this opportunity after ‘Simha’. However he imitated Balayya’s dialogue of Simha to enthral fans. ‘Only your ears should work, otherwise I’ll not talk’, he stated. (Mee chevulu maatramey pani cheyali, kaadani inkaemaina panichestey, nenu matladatam aapesta). He danced with him on stage.

We all know that Balayya will steal the show at the end and it happened today also. He spoke about each and every technician of the film with patience and praised one and all. Maybe this is one quality that is lacking in many other heroes of Tollywood.

‘For the first time I’m playing the role of journalist. I’m proud of this extraordinary role that exposes many illegal things daringly’, says Balayya about the role, before stressing that Ravi Chawali is the true hero of this movie. ‘You’ll see a new Balakrishna in this flick, created by a new team’, he added. Balayya has taken a dig at Telugu movie titles that are being named with stupid words. ‘Some people are spoiling Telugu movie names with their madness. But Srimannarayana is not like that’, he said.

Balakrishna fans honoured him Gajamala gifted him Vishnu chakram and silver kurukshetram .

Why SriRamaRajyam failed at National awards?

Tollywood movie lovers and general public were aghast when national awards for 2011 were announced. Many critics and people expected two or three national awards including the best film award. However they were shell shocked to find ‘Dirty Picture’ sweeping the awards while the jury decided not to announce any award under telugu films category. Many people criticised the jury members for their decision and some even attached motives to them. Many felt that awards can be manged using political influence and monetary benefits, what so ever it may be.
When Bapu and Balakrishna announced to make ‘Sri Rama Rajyam’ many expected a film on the lines of superhit ‘Lavakusa’. True, they made a film which won the hearts of many. A careful analysis from jury point of view was that Bapu made innumerous films on Ramayana. Mythological movie lovers expected a new magical flick from him but he presented them graphical wonder. The film ‘Sri Rama Rajyam’ was fully loaded with graphics and gives us a feeling that the film is just a remake of hit ‘Lavakusa’ with little bit of changes in the script which are there for everyone to see.Balakrishna just underwent the movements and acting expressions of his dad NTR and didnot try to do anything new.
Members of the Jury for National awards will surely take all these facts into consideration before finalising awards. Already ‘Lavakusa’ won n number of awards are many film festivals and it will be not fair to shower the remake film with many more awards.

'Uh Kodatara..' Murdered In Rythu Bazar

General notion is that critics murder the fate of a movie at Box Office and the Manchu sister and brother stressed this earlier. The same hero is now feeling that the murder is taking place in Rythu Bazar also.

While Manoj is trying to fight piracy of his latest movie 'Uh Kodatara Ulikki Padatara' with a single hand, pirates are not giving him sleep anymore. Disgustingly, UKUP pirated version CDs are being sold in Guntur Rythu Bazar for 50 rupees. In a sting operation conducted by anti-piracy cell and a popular TV channel, this incident came to lime light.

'We felt only critics are murdering UKUP but now it is getting murdered in Rythu Bazars. This piracy is more heinous that a murder even', says Manoj, while reacting about the news. 'We are enjoying the success of our movie by touring various centres in Andhra. But these kinds of news are disturbing us', feels Lakshmi Manchu.

While UKUP is facing such huge blows, star-director who made hulchul a couple of weeks back regarding piracy is sitting calm. Piracy can be fought united!

Balayya's Value Is Only Half Of Ravi Teja??

When it comes to gauging the final collection report for any film, the overseas collections play a crucial role. So, a lot of work goes in promoting the films abroad and there is also the system of heroes and their market value in places like USA, UK while selling the overseas rights.

But here is one information which is causing a big surprise. It is heard that in overseas (only USA) the film ‘Devudu Chesina Manushulu’ starring Ravi Teja got sold for around 70 lacks. On the contrary, the new movie ‘Sreemanarayana’ starring Nandamuri Balakrishna has reportedly been sold for 30-35 lacks.

This gives rise to a crucial question - Is Balayya’s value Half of Ravi Teja in overseas??? The overseas trade analysts say “It has nothing to do with image. Balayya still commands good following but the last few movies of his have been going through a slump. For Ravi Teja, the plus point is the Puri Jagannadh factor and Ileana factor.”

Manchu Laxmi confuse Balakrishna uncle

In an interview for a popular TV channel, Manchu Laxmi got a chance to interview Balakrishna as a part of newly released movie Uu Kodathara Uliki Padathara, has literally confused him by her talk.

Manchu Laxmi who praised Balakrishna him saying He is the only actor who can do any kind of character, Very much down to earth, Producers friendly, energetic…etc. All these blushes did not confuse him. Balakrishna just smiled and said I don’t like to take praises to my mind as they always make you to feel superior.

But the moment Laxmi called him ‘Uncle’ at the end of the interview, one could see a confused expression on Balakrishna’s face as she was calling him Annayya throughout the interview. Later he recovered within second and as usual gave a length answer for her question. Don’t know why Manchu family has a habit to call all our young heroes with a word ‘Uncle’ which our heroes hate the most and this is not the first time. They even called Nagarjuna and he said, to call him just Nag.
